Senior UX Researcher | Contract | Banking

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding customer needs and challenging assumptions. You will lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, uncover actionable insights, and help shape customer-centric products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Identify when research is needed and guide stakeholders on research best practices.
• Generate actionable insights that influence design, product, and business decisions.
• Advocate for user-centered design and educate stakeholders on the value of UX research.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to building good research and design community of practice.
• Explore innovative research approaches, including AI-enabled tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• With around 8 years of UX Research experience.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorting, and heuristic evaluations.
• Proven experience leading research initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-framing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into meaningful insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
